About 20 minutes into the service, kids K-3rd grade are usually invited to Worship & Wonder (every Sunday) and 4th grade and up to Engage & Explore (3 out of 4 Sundays a month-see schedule). Know that children are always welcome in the sanctuary with you or, if you prefer, you can bring your child(ren) to the foyer and still participate in the service, but with some extra wiggle room.

The nursery is open.

The FUCA Scholarship Fund is designed to help students offset some of the costs of higher education. FUCA awards money based on several criteria, including academic achievement, demonstrated talent or skill, a clearly defined goal and financial need. Applicants must be a member of a family belonging to FUCA or be sponsored by a member and have roots in Arvada. The application must be completed by Sunday, May 12. Scholarship Awards will be announced on Graduation Sunday, May 19 during church services. Contact the church office with questions.

Common Earth Community Garden (CECG) will be having a work day on May 25 from 9 am to noon. Feel free to join the gardeners in various tasks around the garden. Or come pull a few weeds around the rest of the church property.
